We strive to provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible. We are here to help with our return policy:

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any non-final sale item. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a MyGraduationClass E-Gift Code.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please be sure to consult the size chart on the item BEFORE checking out.

Final Sale Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for returns. Items such as stickers, water bottles, digital products, etc. are not eligible for returns. These items will be clearly indicated on the product page.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, either by issuing a refund or sending a replacement item at no additional cost.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@mygraduationclass.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
